They may have a few scattered absences, a sudden grade drop, missing assignments, or several small warning signs that never rise to the top of a traditional at-risk list until the student is already significantly behind.
In this practical, interactive webinar, we’ll work through realistic student scenarios and show counselors how to identify early patterns across attendance, academics, credits, and engagement. You’ll leave with a simple weekly routine for prioritizing a large caseload, deciding who needs attention first, and taking action before smaller warning signs become larger problems.

Dustin Bainbridge has spent more than 20 years building tools that support students and the educators who guide them. He holds a master’s degree in education from Harvard University and is completing his doctorate at the University of Pennsylvania, where his research focuses on high school attendance systems, counselor decision-making, and chronic absenteeism. As the founder of Unified Track, Dustin is focused on giving counselors the data and workflows they need to identify struggling students earlier and coordinate meaningful interventions.
