Unified Intelligence · Tennessee

See what can move your letter grades before the state does.

Ask which indicator is holding a school back, which seniors are closest to the TISA outcomes target, and where lost membership could affect next year’s allocation. Unified Intelligence answers from a secure, read-only replica of your SIS data, with a full report typically within about five minutes.

Membership

TISA uses prior-year ADM, averaged across nine reporting periods. The FY27 base is $7,530 per ADM.

Outcomes

Each qualifying graduate can generate a bonus worth 10% or 20% of base, subject to proration.

Accountability

Letter grades reflect achievement and growth, plus college and career readiness at high schools.

Outcomes bonuses

{{bonusVal}}

How it’s calculated: (ADM × base) + (graduates × base × 20% for the selected share, 10% for the rest). ADM affects the following year’s allocation and excludes student weights. The base is the state and required local share combined, and funding-floor rules can change what is realized. Outcomes rules come from the 2025–26 TISA Guide, and the state prorates bonuses if they exceed its outcomes budget. Your finance office validates.

Why an isolated intelligence layer

Not a direct AI connection to your SIS.

The most common approach routes natural-language questions directly into a third-party large language model, alongside live student data. That creates two problems.

Accuracy

Large language models are unreliable at precise math. A question like “what happens to our funding if membership falls 4% next year” risks a hallucinated or subtly incorrect answer, with no straightforward way for staff to verify it.

Security

Routing student data, including identifiable information, into a third-party model raises real questions under FERPA and does not sit comfortably alongside a SOC 2 posture.

Isolated by design

Every step stays inside a dedicated environment built for your district. Nothing is processed inside a third-party AI model, and every numeric answer is computed, not guessed.

Read-only replica

No outside AI tool ever connects to your SIS directly, and nothing is shared across districts or with third parties.

Verified computation

The engine writes and executes the code behind each answer. Python handles the math; the language model handles the conversation.

Full reports on demand

A complete report or dashboard view, typically within about five minutes of the question.

Your SIS stays the record

The replica covers student records, attendance, enrollment, course schedules, graduation progress, GPA and credits, and role-based permissions. You choose any added inputs, such as TCAP, benchmark, EPSO, or ACT records.

Proof for Tennessee

We won’t borrow another state’s number.

Attendance-funding results don’t translate to TISA. Your Tennessee case should start with your own report card and allocation.

Does your district have a data analyst team?

If not, your leaders can ask a question and get a full report without a data ticket. If you do, your analysts get time back for harder questions.

Do you need customized reports for your principal meetings?

Ask for the report you need, by school, grade, or student group, with findings, evidence, and next steps to review together.
