Unified Intelligence · Texas
Ask a Question. Get an Action Plan Built From Your District’s Data.
Unified Intelligence runs on a secure, read-only replica of your SIS to reason through attendance, project A–F ratings, and catch CCMR problems while they can still be corrected. Every absence affects funding at the $6,215 basic allotment. Every finding shows where the number came from, and a full report typically arrives within about five minutes.
Superintendents
A weekly briefing on the campuses that need your attention.
CFOs
State funding exposure at $6,215 per student in ADA, before budget season.
PEIMS coordinators
Missing data caught before TSDS submission deadlines.
Chief academic officers
The students who can move your campus A–F ratings.
Texas sample analysis
Three questions Texas cabinets ask every fall.
For CFOs and business managers
What is one point of attendance worth to your district?
How it’s calculated: one point = enrollment × 1% × allotment per ADA. Value per student-day = allotment ÷ instructional days. This is an estimate: TEA funds refined ADA, not enrollment, and the figure is Tier One only, before special-program weights, the Small and Mid-Sized District Allotment, tax compression, and recapture under TEC Chapter 49. Basic allotment of $6,215: TEA, HB 2 Implementation letter, July 10, 2025. Figures show funding at stake, not guaranteed revenue. Your finance office validates.
Why an isolated intelligence layer
Not a direct AI connection to your SIS.
The most common approach routes natural-language questions directly into a third-party large language model, alongside live student data. That creates two problems.
Accuracy
Large language models are unreliable at precise math. A question like “what happens to my funding if attendance rises 4% year over year” risks a hallucinated or subtly incorrect answer, with no straightforward way for staff to verify it.
Security
Routing student data, including identifiable information, into a third-party model raises real questions under FERPA and Texas student privacy law, and does not sit comfortably alongside a SOC 2 posture.
Isolated by design
Every step stays inside a dedicated environment built for your district. Nothing is processed inside a third-party AI model, and every numeric answer is computed, not guessed.
Read-only replica
No outside AI tool ever connects to your SIS directly, and nothing is shared across districts or with third parties.
Verified computation
The engine writes and executes the code behind each answer. Python handles the math; the language model handles the conversation.
Full reports on demand
A complete report or dashboard view, typically within about five minutes of the question.
Your SIS stays the record
The replica covers student records, attendance, enrollment, course schedules, Foundation High School Program and endorsement progress, GPA and credits, CCMR indicators, and role-based permissions. You choose any added inputs, such as STAAR Interim results or local benchmarks.

If it isn’t the right fit, you simply don’t continue. Nothing is billed.
Does your district have a data analyst team?
If not, your leaders can ask a question and get a full report without a data ticket. If you do, your analysts get time back for harder questions.
Do you need customized reports for your principal meetings?
